- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today's visit with Dr. Jenneffer D. Schneller-Pulapaka was a very unpleasant visit as a patient, I will never recruit her services nor refer anyone to her office. Since the first day I met her she seemed very uptight and spoke in a condescending rude manner, which is why I didn't expect her staff to have a different demeanor from their boss. She may want to consider a communication as well as a customer service training course for herself and her staff. The only thing she was concerned about was a pain diary so she could document my pain and because I did not have that diary with me she pretty much asked me why I was there for and there was nothing she could do for me, insinuating that I was wasting her time. She did not care to listen or acknowledge what I was telling her. As for her medical assistant, she had the audacity to question me about having done the diary after I told her I did some of diary exercise but had forgotten to bring it to the visit. The only reason I went to her office in the first place was to educate myself on diabetic self-care. Never have I been treated like this in any medical setting.September 05, 2017by Lizette Bloodworth
