- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Prado is wonderful but it is impossible to see him due to the negligence of his staff. They do NOT return phone calls, ever. My husband was told by Dr. Prado to schedule a colonoscopy 3 months ago but we have yet to speak to the scheduler, Amy. We have been told by office staff that Amy is sick, busy, out of the office, etc. After multiple phone calls and visits to the office to attempt to schedule this procedure with no results, we are likely going to have to go elsewhere.October 26, 2017by Paula W
