- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There are no words to describe the frustration that is caused by the unorganized, or maybe just improperly trained office staff. This being a "Behavioral Help" Psychiatrist/Therapy office, you would think that the staff would be slightly more helpful, or understanding of patient's and their issues. But being rude & condescending, & then telling one of your ANTI-DEPRESSANT-prescribed patients, "If you don't like it, you can find a new provider" when i was more than willing to work with them on their scheduling miscommunication, THAT is something i find unacceptable. If you need drug pushers, this is your place. But as far as therapy, there is none. Nine months I've been going and STILL have yet to hear from a therapist, which was supposed to happen after my first Psychiatrist appointment. If you need actual behavioral, psychiatric, or and mental health help, please do yourself the major favor of skipping right over this place, believe me when i tell you taking the extra time to find a provider that actually cares about you, your health, and your progression will be so worth it for you. This business, DeLand & Sanford both, unfortunately are basically just drug pushers. It's unfortunate that Dr. Vega is surrounded by such an unorganized, rude, and unhelpful staff. They made me very, very uncomfortable, and like the advice i got from one of their OWN staff members, i will be finding a new provider. Things happen, schedules change, but it is wrong to chastise a Mental Health Patient for things out of their control. :(March 20, 2017by Lo Hendrix
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst EXPERIENCE EVER! DR. Sanz in one word OBNOXIOUS. After waiting an hour in the waiting room, your called back to see the so called doctor, who asks how you are doing, 5 mins into answering the Doctors question, she has your 3 month script written out, & your next appointment in 3 months without even listening to why (I) the patient is there to see her. The doctors Especially this Dr. Sanz don't listen to a word you say to her, and she BROKE Doctor Patient confidentially. BEWARE!January 10, 2017by Denise Hoeckel
