  I wish I could give a lower rating. Everyone there was so rude to me. I'm a single mom and my poor puppy got attacked by my goat. They were making fun of me for not having the funds for xrays and saying I'm letting my dog suffer. I could hear them all laughing in the back and all I could hear was something about him and goats. The receptionist was a real jerk snippy an tried talking over me. The tech had an attitude and snippy as well. I will not go back ever and tell everyone I know not to go as well.

  I would like to thank the caring staff for being so amazing. I came in Sun night, an emotional wreck after losing my best friend on the ride over. They were professional, patient and caring as they took her from me and checked her. They made me feel that my furbaby was important and what I was feeling was normal even when I had a hard time thinking/talking straight. They were very knowledgeable and patient as they explained procedures and answered my questions and honoring my requests. I live about 45 min away, but will be happy to start using them with my other two dogs. Thank you everyone for being so great.
