- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have walked in for their service several times before however this time i called ahead of time to ask about prices for my goldens bath and nails trimmed and the lady and i talked for 20 minutes over the phone and she wasn't very helpful with my questions . Then when i walked in with my card and dog the lady barley looked at me over her laptop and stated "i dont accept walk ins and you never asked about an appointment over the phone i just gave prices , come back when you have an appointment especially on a weekend " she could have said that she didnt accept walk ins over the phone when we were talking for 20 minutes. But if i was going to spend $50 i expect staff to be nice if not civil to their clients . I will never walk back in this Deland store againApril 18, 2017by Lauren Kuehn
